DO YOU KNOW HOW TO MAKE PASSIVE SENTENCES?

A.    ACTIVE SENTENCES
In active sentences the subject is the person / thing that does the action. The subject comes at the start of the sentence. Most English is made up of active sentences.
B.     PASSIVE SENTENCEES
In passive sentences the focus of the sentence is the 'recieving' object of an action and it comes at the start of the sentence; therefore, the object and the subject change positions in the sentence:
C.     HOW TO MAKE A PASSIVE..?
To make a passive sentence you need to start with object first and then use the be form of the verb (depending on the tense) and then add a past participle:
object + be + past participle
D.    NOW CHOOSE THE CORRECT WORD TO MAKE PASSIVE SENTENCES:

E.     ACTIVE SENTENCES INTO PASSIVE SENTENCES
Subjects in active sentence has been at the front of the verb, and object there behind the verb. Note the changes in passive sentences below. Objects can be located in front of the verb. Past Participle (Verb to 3) is always used in active sentences.
Example :
1.      Larry generously donated money to the homeless shelter. (active)
Money was generously donated to the homeless shelter by Larry. (passive)
2.      No one responded to my sales ad. (active)
My sales ad was not responded to by anyone. (passive)
3.      The wedding planner is making all the reservations. (active)
All the reservations will be made by the wedding planner. (passive)
4.      Susan will bake two dozen cupcakes for the bake sale. (active)
For the bake sale, two dozen cookies will be baked by Susan. (passive)
5.      The science class viewed the comet. (active)
The comet was viewed by the science class. (passive)
6.      Who ate the last cookie? (active)
The last cookie was eaten by whom? (passive)
7.      Alex posted the video on Facebook. (active)
The video was posted on Facebook by Alex. (passive)
8.      The director will give you instructions. (active)
Instructions will be given to you by the director. (passive)
9.      Thousands of tourists view the Grand Canyon every year. (active)
The Grand Canyon is viewed by thousands of tourists every year. (passive)
10.  The homeowners remodeled the house to help it sell. (active)
The house was remodeled by the homeowners to help it sell. (passive)

F.       PASSIVE SENTENCES INTO ACTIVE SENTENCES
Example :
1.      At dinner, six shrimp were eaten by Harry. (passive)
Harry ate six shrimp at dinner. (active)
2.      The savannah is roamed by beautiful giraffes. (passive)
Beautiful giraffes roam the savannah. (active)
3.      The flat tire was changed by Sue. (passive)
Sue changed the flat tire. (active)
4.      A movie is going to be watched by us tonight. (passive
We are going to watch a movie tonight. (active)
5.      The obstacle course was run by me in record time. (passive)
I ran the obstacle course in record time. (active)
6.      The entire stretch of highway was paved by the crew. (passive)
The crew paved the entire stretch of highway. (active)
7.      The novel was read by Mom in one day. (passive)
Mom read the novel in one day. (active)
8.      A scathing review was written by the critic. (passive)
The critic wrote a scathing review. (active)
9.      The house will be cleaned by me every Saturday. (passive)
I will clean the house every Saturday. (active)
10.  A safety video will be watched by the staff every year. (passive)
The staff is required to watch a safety video every year. (active)
